Clarke Cottage is situated in the village of Ingleton, and offers cosy accommodation for up to 4 people. It features an open fire in the lounge and a modern kitchen with dining area. The master bedroom features a canopied double bed with an exposed stone fireplace from former years. A further bedroom has two single beds and period furniture. The rear garden is accessed by stone steps and features children's play area as well as mature gardens and seating areas.
Ground floor: Entrance hallway, lounge with open fire and window seat, kitchen with dining area and utility room.
First floor: Master bedroom with double canopy bed, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin.
Services: Heated by gas central heating, open fire in lounge, colour TV with digital top box, oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dish washer, washing machine and dryer. Enclosed rear garden, patios, garden furniture and children's play area. All fuel, power and bed linen included in the rent, but please bring your own towels. On street parking is available for one car directly outside the property or 100 metres to car park. Clarke Cottage has a no smoking policy. Pets are welcome.
